Importing a crawl

Bring Screaming Frog data in and turn what it finds into work.

Before you start

• Export your crawl from Screaming Frog as a CSV file.
• Make sure the CSV import is switched on under Settings › Integrations.
• The client needs the website the crawl belongs to. Add it first if it is missing.

Import the file

1. 1Open the client and start the crawl import for the website.
2. 2Choose the website if the client has more than one, then upload the CSV.
3. 3Review what was found. Each finding is ticked or unticked for you, and you can change the selection.
4. 4Confirm. SEO Ops creates the work from the findings you chose.

What gets created

• An Issues Overview report becomes tasks: one parent task for each category, with one subtask per issue.
• An Internal: All export becomes opportunities that you can plan and convert into tasks later.
• Issues that already have a task are not ticked by default, so you do not create duplicates.
