Every SEO Ops integration, and what each one does today

A plain list of what connects, what it is for, and what is working now.

Plan: Free includes the Screaming Frog import. Everything else on this page is part of Premium. See pricing.

SEO Ops connects to a small set of outside services. This guide lists them all in one place, says what each is for, and is honest about what works today. Each one has its own how-to, linked below.

Where integrations live

Everything is set up once, in Settings › Integrations, and then used for every client. The screen has two groups: Data sources and AI providers. Each service shows a status: Not connected, Connected, Error or Expired.

What works today

Integration Plan How you connect What works today
Screaming Frog exports Free and Premium Switch on the CSV import Fully working. Upload a crawl and turn it into tasks or opportunities.

A figure that cannot be fetched shows as Unavailable with the reason, in dashboards, KPIs and reports. Nothing is estimated.

How your keys are kept safe

  • API keys, client secrets and sign-in tokens are stored encrypted in your WordPress database and are never shown again after you save them. You only see the last four characters of a key.
  • The plugin creates its own encryption key the first time it needs one. If it cannot (for example because wp-content is not writable), you can set a key yourself by adding SEOOPS_ENCRYPTION_KEY, at least 32 characters, to wp-config.php. See Settings › Security.
  • Encryption needs the PHP sodium extension, which most hosts enable by default.
  • Do not delete or edit the generated key file. It is what decrypts your saved keys.

Nothing is fetched until you connect

SEO Ops makes no requests to a service until you connect it. Disconnecting deletes the stored credentials.

Where to start

Most teams start with the Screaming Frog import, which needs no account, and then add an AI provider. See Configuring integrations in the documentation for the short version.
