Accessibility statement
How accessible seoclientplugin.com is, what we have checked, what we have not yet checked, and how to tell us about a problem. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Cultured Digital Ltd wants as many people as possible to be able to use seoclientplugin.com and the SEO Ops plugin. This statement says what we aim for, what we have actually checked, what we have not, and how to tell us about a problem. It covers this website. It does not claim full conformance.
Our standard
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. The Equality Act 2010 asks service providers to make reasonable adjustments so disabled people are not put at a disadvantage, and WCAG 2.2 AA is the benchmark we hold the site to.
What we have checked
- Automated testing with axe-core against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules, on every type of page on this site: the home page, features, solutions, how it works, pricing, free vs premium, download, docs, articles, resources, contact and the legal pages. It found one real issue (definition lists on the nine feature pages were wrapped in extra containers, which assistive technology reads badly). We fixed it on 15 October 2026 and re-ran the checks.
- Page structure. Each page has one main heading and a main landmark, and there is a Skip to main content link as the first thing keyboard users reach. We added the link and the landmark on 15 October 2026 after our own check found them missing.
- Keyboard focus. Links and buttons show a visible outline when they receive keyboard focus.
- Zoom and small screens. The pages we tested reflow down to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.
- Video. The walkthrough video does not play automatically, has captions you can turn on, and has a written transcript beside it.
- Docs search. The search box under Docs works with a keyboard and announces how many results are available.
The plugin itself
The SEO Ops app and the client portal are tested with axe-core as part of the plugin’s automated tests, at desktop and mobile sizes. That is an automated check only. We have not yet tested the app or portal with screen readers.
What we have not yet checked
- We have not tested the website, the app or the portal with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver. We will, and we will update this page with the results.
- Automated tools find only some problems, so there may be issues they cannot detect. Colour contrast and reading order in particular benefit from a manual review.
- Our checks covered the page types, not every individual page. Pages of the same type share the same templates.
- The video has captions but no audio description of what is shown on screen.
Known limitations
- Parts of the contact form come from third-party software, so we cannot guarantee every detail of its code.
- Checkout and licence pages for Premium are provided by our payment provider and are outside our control.
- Some guides link to other websites, which we do not control.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this website is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, use the contact page and tell us the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to fix confirmed problems as soon as we reasonably can. Cultured Digital’s own site has a separate accessibility statement.
If you are not happy with our response
You can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). If you are outside the UK, write to us through the contact page and we will deal with your report in the same way.
Reviews
We will review this statement whenever the site design changes significantly, and at least once a year. It was last reviewed on 15 October 2026.
