What SEO Ops is

A WordPress plugin that lets freelance SEOs and small agencies run all their client work in one place: clients, websites, strategies, campaigns, tasks, approvals, reports and a client portal. It runs on your own WordPress site, with your data in your own database. The Free plan covers up to 3 active clients, with the Screaming Frog import. Premium adds AI drafting, connected data sources and no client limit. See how it works and Free vs Premium.

How it is designed to behave

These are not marketing lines. Each one is a rule in the product.

Real figures or a clear gap. A number is a real value from its source or it says Unavailable, with the reason. It is never a zero and never a guess.
A person in charge of AI. AI drafting is optional, uses your own provider key, labels every draft, shows it for review first and blocks publishing until it has been reviewed. Nothing is sent to the provider unless someone presses an AI button.
Clients see only what you share. Internal notes, draft strategy sections and unreviewed AI drafts never reach the portal, and the server enforces it.
Your data stays yours. Nothing leaves your site unless you connect an integration or press an AI button. Switching Premium off never deletes or hides anything.
Updates you can trust. The plugin updates from the WordPress Plugins screen using a signed update file, and the update check sends no site address and no licence key. See Updating the plugin.

Where to get it

SEO Ops is not listed in the WordPress.org plugin directory. Download it from the download page and install it from the zip, as described in Installing the Free plugin. It then updates from the normal Plugins screen. SEO Ops is not affiliated with WordPress.org or Screaming Frog.
